Aston Martin - DB6

The Aston Martin DB6 is probably one of the most recognised cars in the world, despite the fact that just 1788 were produced between 1965 and 1970.

The shape of the model came to prominence with the predecessor of the DB6. The DB5 which was famed for being the star car in the early James Bond film, Goldfinger, and the even earlier model of the DB4 being unceremoniously destroyed in the original Italian Job film.

Having a Royal connection does no harm at all for any car manufacturer, and for Prince Charles's 21st birthday, he was presented with a DB6 Volante (convertible) by the Queen, which he still has to this day.
